America's Grill wasn't built on trends. It was built on the conviction that a properly grilled steak is one of the most honest things on a plate — and that honesty requires discipline, patience, and an uncompromising eye for quality.

Located on NE Sandy Blvd, we've spent years perfecting our craft: dry-aging our own beef, sourcing from Pacific Northwest ranches, and building a wine program that respects the grill rather than competing with it.
